We are glad you are HERE! You are now a Provisional Member of Five Points Board of REALTORS®! We are excited to welcome you and let you know about all of the details and benefits of your membership.
If you are a New REALTOR®, the eight items below are things you need to take care of immediately!
If you are a Transferring REALTOR®, you must check your Code of Ethics & Fair Housing status to ensure they don’t need to be renewed. You must also complete Step 1: Member Portal, Step 2: New Member Orientation, Step 8: CTXMLS Signup
Please note: New Member Orientation & the NAR Code of Ethics must be taken within 90 days of your join date; your membership will be terminated & you will not be able to call yourself a REALTOR® if these requirements are not met.
- MLS subscription is optional and separate from REALTOR® board membership.
- MLS systems are tools used to access listings, market properties, and serve clients.
- There are many MLS options depending on the markets you serve.

Follow your broker’s direction regarding MLS participation.

The broker must first subscribe to an MLS before agents within the brokerage can join that MLS.
- Agents may subscribe to one or multiple MLS systems based on their business needs.
- Multiple MLS subscriptions can provide broader coverage, greater exposure, and added value to clients.

Things to Remember:
- NAR Code of Ethics must be renewed every 3 years
- Annual Board Dues are due on December 15 of each year
- MLS fees & due dates are dependent on which MLS you subscribe to
