The Five Points Board of REALTORS® is fortunate to have so many amazing volunteers who give their time and talents to help make our association a success.

Every year, FPREALTORS recognizes outstanding members at our annual awards ceremony. The honorees are awarded for being shining examples of excellence in the real estate industry. Information about the qualifications for specific awards, and our timeline/process can be found below.

Awards Qualifications

REALTOR® OF THE YEAR AWARD

  • What is the REALTOR® of the Year Award?
    • The REALTOR® of the Year Award recognizes and rewards a primary REALTOR® Member of FPREALTORS for the time and energy expended on behalf of fellow REALTORS®. Additionally, this award is given
    • To encourage that Member’s further involvement in professionalism and FPREALTORS service.
    • To encourage other Members to contribute time and energy so as to qualify for this award.
    • To raise the profile of recipients as future leaders in the organization and the community.
  • Qualifications
    • Any REALTOR® who has been a Primary Member of FPREALTORS for five or more consecutive years is eligible.
  • Criteria for Award Consideration
    • FPREALTORS Involvement: Participation as a member and committee volunteer during the current year.
    • FPREALTORS Leadership: Any leadership positions held, past or present.
    • FPREALTORS Events: Attendance at FPREALTORS events year-to-date (YTD).
    • CTXMLS: Current CTXMLS subscription status and duration of subscription.
    • Conferences and Hill Visits: Participation in conferences and Hill visits YTD.
    • TREPAC Contributions: Involvement in TREPAC as a fair share investor, major investor, or President’s Circle member YTD.
    • Professionalism: Adherence to the NAR Code of Ethics, along with any CE, SAE or certifications completed YTD.
    • Production: Provide a list of individual transaction sides (units), verified by the broker, for the period from October 30 to October 30.
    • Industry Leadership: Any industry leadership positions held, past or present.
    • Industry Meetings and Events: Attendance at industry-related meetings and events YTD.
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR AWARD
  • What is the ROOKIE of the Year Award?
    • The ROOKIE of the Year Award recognizes and rewards a primary REALTOR® Member of FPREALTORS for the effort and work expended on behalf of fellow REALTORS®. This award is given
    • To encourage that Member’s further involvement in professionalism and FPREALTORS service.
    • To encourage other Members to contribute time and energy so as to qualify for this award.
    • To raise the profile of recipients as future leaders in the organization and the community.
  • Qualifications
    • The nominee must have started his/her REALTOR® career as a FPREALTORS Primary Member during the previous 18 months. Transferees or REALTORS® who have previously been Members of other REALTOR® associations are not qualified.
  • Criteria for Award Consideration
    • FPREALTORS Involvement: Participation as a member and committee volunteer during the current year.
    • FPREALTORS Leadership: Any leadership positions held, past or present.
    • FPREALTORS Events: Attendance at FPREALTORS events year-to-date (YTD).
    • CTXMLS: Current CTXMLS subscription status and duration of subscription.
    • Conferences and Hill Visits: Participation in conferences and Hill visits YTD.
    • TREPAC Contributions: Involvement in TREPAC as a fair share investor, major investor, or President’s Circle member YTD.

Builder OF THE YEAR
  • What is the Builder of the Year Award?
    • The Builder of the Year Award is given to recognize and reward a Builder Affiliate Member for its work and contributions made to the Five Points Board of REALTORS® which have been beneficial to the Board as a whole and the Membership in general during the calendar year.
  • Qualifications
    • Nominee Builder must have been an Affiliate Member of the Board for at least 12 months prior to being nominated for this award.
    • Nominee Company must be a current Affiliate Member of the Board at the time the Company is being considered for the award.
  • Criteria for Award Consideration
    • FPREALTORS Involvement: Participation as a member and committee volunteer during the current year.
    • FPREALTORS Events: Participation at FPREALTORS events year-to-date (YTD).
AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR
  • What is Affiliate of the Year Award?
    • The Affiliate of the Year recognizes and rewards an individual Affiliate Member for his/her work and contributions made to the Five Points Board of REALTORS® which have been beneficial to the Board as a whole and the Membership in general during the calendar year.
  • Qualifications
    • Nominee must have been an Affiliate Member of the Board for at least 12 consecutive months prior to being nominated for this award.
    • Nominee must be a current Affiliate Member of the Board at the time he or she is being considered for the award.
  • Criteria for Award Consideration
    • FPREALTORS Involvement: Participation as a member and committee volunteer during the current year.
    • FPREALTORS Events: Participation at FPREALTORS events year-to-date (YTD).
AFFILIATE COMPANY OF THE YEAR
  • What is the Affiliate Company of the Year Award?
    • The Affiliate Company of the Year Award is given to recognize and reward a Company Affiliate Member for its work and contributions made to the Five Points Board of REALTORS® which have been beneficial to the Board as a whole and the Membership in general during the calendar year.
  • Qualifications
    • Nominee Company must have been an Affiliate Member of the Board for at least 12 months prior to being nominated for this award.
    • Nominee Company must be a current Affiliate Member of the Board at the time the Company is being considered for the award.
