Is the boardroom available on weekends?
No. The boardroom is only available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Is the auditorium available on weekends?
Yes. The auditorium is available Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to midnight, based on request and availability.
Do we need to provide our own chairs and tables?
- 136 chairs available for use
- 24 rectangular 6-foot tables
How many people fit in the boardroom?
- Comfortable seating: 16 individuals around the conference tables
- Maximum occupancy: 42 individuals in theater-style seating
How many people fit in the auditorium?
- Comfortable seating: Up to 120 individuals depending on room configuration
- Maximum occupancy: 167 individuals
Can I provide food for my event?
Yes. You are welcome to bring food for your event.

Can we hang decorations or signs on the walls?
You may not screw, nail, tack, or staple anything into the walls unless expressly permitted by a member of the Five Points Board of REALTORS®. Blue painter’s tape is permitted.
Is there a security deposit?
- Standard Rental Deposit: $200
- Due at the time of signing the contract
- May be provided in the form of a check
- Fully refundable if no damages occur
- Kitchen or AV Usage Deposit: $300
- Required when using the kitchen or AV equipment
- Fully refundable if no damages occur
- Alcohol Deposit: $500
- Required if alcohol will be present at the event
