The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) will be transitioning to a new system this December. The current TREC system will go offline on Tuesday, December 2 at 5:00 PM, and the new system is scheduled to launch on Wednesday, December 10.
During this transition period, online services will not be available, including renewals, license updates, and sponsoring broker changes.
We strongly encourage all license holders to complete any renewals, transfers, or updates before December 2 to avoid processing delays. Once the system is offline, no transactions or changes can be made until the new system launches on December 10.
