Big news—the first Texas REALTORS® priority bill of the session has been signed into law!
The HOA bill, championed during REALTOR® Day at the Capitol and sponsored by Senator Bryan Hughes and Representative Chris Turner, was signed by Governor Abbott and will go into effect on September 1, 2025.
